Students must be between Kindergarten and 12th grade (ages 5-18)
Must be a resident of Kansas or Missouri
Birth certificate, proof of residency, and previous school records
Rolling enrollment available throughout the school year
No minimum GPA or test scores required
Active parent/guardian participation required

ROCS is completely tuition-free as a public charter school. There are no enrollment fees, textbook costs, or hidden charges for qualifying students.
